In 2020, New City Developers sold 179 real estate units (apartments and flats), which is 7.7% less than last year (194 units). However, the total area of real estate sold fell to just 3.2%. This indicates an increase in the area of apartments sold in 2020.
Two years running, the average area of apartments sold is growing. Demand for comfortable housing continues to grow. This trend is also confirmed by inquiries of clients in the sales department.
The costs of apartments increased by 52.5 %, to 339 million UAH. The reason for this was the rise in real estate prices in the company’s projects. Prices rose from 5% to 28%. This is due to the start of work with the residential complex of prime class Bartolomeo Resort Town.
It should be noted that the cost of one contact in 2020 was about 655 UAH, while in 2019 it was 600 UAH /contact (+9%), but the conversion rose just from 2.6% to 2.9%. Due to the synergy of in-house marketing and sales, we were able to increase our efficiency this year. This strategy allows us to be ahead, while all developers are doing similar marketing activities.
